New Hope Ministries - ministries

Heart to Heart, the Women's Ministry of New Hope Ministries is dedicated to "Reaching Women, Teaching Women, Equipping Women and Sending Women," to fulfill their God-given purpose in the Kingdom of God, whether in the home, the local body, right next door, or around the world.

Our goal is to reach women with the gospel of Jesus Christ; provide real life ministry opportunities for women to develop and exercise their spiritual gifts-a place for the "older women to teach the younger women"; to equip women to meet day-to-day challenges in areas unique to women by the practical application of Godly principles to real life situations; and to send women as vessels of honor, fit for the Master's use.

Heart to Heart Enrichment Classes:

Classes include:

Women's Bible Studies: Every Tuesday we offer Bible Study classes for women that cover a range of topics that will inspire women to grow in their Christian walk. These Classes are held in either the morning or the evening to accommodate most women's schedules.
Purpose & Purity: A twelve week women's discipleship program teaching women that God has created them with purpose; to discover the power to live free from the enemy, and to become virtuous women as God has ordained.

Excellent Wife Journey: A mentor-ship program with practical hands on experience for young newly married women seeking to grow in knowledge and understanding of her role as a wife and keeper of her home.
U-Fit: is a Christ-centered health program for men and women of all ages. Using a support system that incorporates Bible study, Scripture memorization, prayer and balanced eating and exercise plans, U-Fit provides the opportunity to change your life, not only physically but spiritually and emotionally. U-Fit meets every Tuesday evening 6:00 PM.
Widows with Hope: This is a fellowship for widows who are seeking first to honor Christ. Our purpose is to encourage one another spiritually through prayer and fellowship. Join us the first Saturday of each month for a scheduled activity and the third Thursday of each month for fellowship / meeting.
Girl's Night Out: Periodically ladies deserve a special night to ourselves! Leave the kids at home and join us for "girl stuff" - fun things that change from month to month because women are beautifully complex and we love a variety of things! Every gathering includes wonderful women and building friendships. We love to meet new people - so join us!

Heart to Heart Outreach Programs:

Baby Gift Baskets: Throughout the year the women's ministry collects baby items to fill baskets which are delivered to new moms of New Hope Ministries as well as to women from the Sunlight Home and the Shelter for Abused Women.

Personal Care Items Gift Bags: These baskets have personal care items such as shampoo, toothpaste, brushes, etc. which are delivered to women at the Shelter for Abused Women, St. Matthews House, and Sunlight Home.
